April 1, 2026 – Taipei – Aledia, a pioneer in next-generation microLED technology, announced today the commercial availability of FlexiNOVA microLED product (FN1530F9) operating at 9 Volts.
This product release marks a major industrial milestone in the microLED industry. Aledia is the first and only company to release 9V microLEDs , based on 3D nanowire technology, with an ultra-compact single body 15 µm × 30 µm chip size, manufactured on 200 mm silicon wafers.
Designed on patented high voltage FlexiNOVA platform, enabling scalable, energy efficient and cost effective microLED display, this breakthrough was obtained with the support of our long-lasting partner CEA-Leti and France 2030 program.
