This latest “Mini” version enables high-strength, test point-to-PCB bonding, with a minimal footprint. In addition to cost-savings, it accepts a variety of gripping probes to replace wire-wrap posts and turret terminals – ideal for testing circuitry of high-density PCB packages.
The new Miniature SMT Test Point is manufactured from silver-plated Phosphor Bronze for both lead-free solder and traditional reflow processing – compatible with most vacuum and mechanical pick-and-place assembly systems. Available on tape and reel (Cat. No. 5019 on 1,000-piece reels; Cat. No. 5029 on 5,000-piece reels) from the company’s global distribution network and online.
