  • Showcasing PikeOS, the certified separation-kernel hypervisor used in safety- and security-critical automotive platforms
  • Demonstrating mixed-criticality ECU consolidation for ADAS, domain controllers, and next-gen centralized vehicle compute
  • Supporting AUTOSAR Adaptive, POSIX, Linux, Android Automotive, and real-time workloads on one secure platform
  • Live Host-based Intrusion Detection System (H-IDS) demonstrator — AUTOSAR IDS–compliant, QM-qualified, and built on AUTO-ISAC + MITRE ATT&CK analysis
  • Designed for OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and software developers looking for certifiable, high-assurance embedded solutions

Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France, December 9th, 2025 – SYSGO, Europe’s leading provider of safety- and security-critical embedded operating systems, today announced its participation at CES 2026 in Las Vegas (LVCC West Hall, French Pavillion, Booth 4131). At the show, SYSGO will highlight its automotive-grade solutions, bring its deep expertise in real-time systems and virtualization, and present a live demonstrator that underlines the company’s commitment to innovation in the software-defined vehicle.

“Modern vehicles are no longer just mechanical systems — they are complex distributed computers on wheels,” said Jose Almeida, Automotive Business Line Director at SYSGO. “At CES 2026, we are excited to demonstrate how SYSGO’s proven, certifiable platforms help developers deliver innovations faster, more safely, and more securely — whether for advanced driver assistance systems, domain controllers, or future software-defined vehicles.”

What to Expect at CES 2026

At CES 2026, SYSGO welcomes developers, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and software architects to visit our booth in Business France’s CES Automotive Pavilion (LVCC West Hall) for a first-hand look at how we are shaping the future of safe and secure automotive software platforms.

Discover a fully operational Host-based Intrusion Detection Security System (H-IDS) that highlights how SYSGO’s expertise and knowledge help secure modern, connected vehicles.

The demonstrator is:

●        Fully compliant with the AUTOSAR IDS specification, enabling seamless integration into contemporary automotive E/E architectures

●        Qualified to QM, supporting robust development processes and high-quality production deployment

●        Built on an extensive analysis of AUTO-ISAC threat intelligence and the MITRE ATT&CK framework, ensuring comprehensive coverage of real-world attack vectors

●        Compatible with a wide range of HLOS run-time environments, including Linux and Android Automotive, enabling flexible consolidation of mixed-criticality workloads

●        Based on a high-level scenario inspired by real-world automotive cyberattacks, illustrating how modern ECUs can be targeted by intrusion attempts

●        Running on a simplified but realistic in-vehicle architecture model, allowing visitors to clearly understand how the IDS monitors system behavior, detects anomalies, and protects critical domains

●        Integrated with a well-known SIEM tool (Graylog) for real-time visualization of alerts and security events, demonstrating how incident data can be aggregated and analyzed for rapid response

SYSGO’s Automotive Expertise

Safety- & Security-certified Operating System: SYSGO’s flagship product PikeOS is a certified separation-kernel hypervisor designed for mixed-criticality applications. It supports multiple guest operating systems — such as POSIX, AUTOSAR Adaptive, Android, or Linux — running side by side on one hardware platform, enabling consolidation without compromising on safety or isolation. PikeOS is built with certification in mind: It meets stringent safety and security standards including ISO 26262 for automotive functional safety, IEC 61508, and Common Criteria (EAL5+), enabling “safe & secure by design” systems.

Embedded Linux for Modern Automotive Workloads: In addition to PikeOS, SYSGO offers ELinOS, an industrial-grade embedded Linux distribution with real-time extensions. This enables developers to run Linux-based applications where real-time determinism, safety, or security are required. The combination of PikeOS and ELinOS allows for architectures where Linux and real-time critical tasks coexist securely in separate partitions.

Long-Term Support & Certification Lifecycle: SYSGO supports customers over the full product lifecycle, offering long-term maintenance and helping with certification activities. As part of the Thales Group, SYSGO leverages a global network of expertise while maintaining rigorous functional safety and cybersecurity standards.

Proven Automotive Use Cases: SYSGO has an established track record in automotive programs. In cooperation with trusted hardware and software vendors, SYSGO provides AUTOSAR Adaptive running on PikeOS, allowing OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to build certifiable mixed-criticality ECUs that combine Adaptive services with real-time POSIX components. PikeOS also supports hardware virtualization, multi-core automotive SoCs, and strict partitioning of workloads, enabling system designs where ADAS processing, control functions, and Linux-based applications coexist securely on a single platform.

Let’s meet up

Visitors will see how behavioral monitoring, anomaly detection, and system-level isolation work together within SYSGO’s secure OS frameworks to strengthen ECU-level cybersecurity.

Engage with SYSGO experts on how to build safety-critical ECUs, consolidate multiple software domains, and certify platforms for ISO 26262 and more. Whether you are designing ADAS, domain and zone controllers, or next-generation centralized vehicle computers, SYSGO offers a flexible collaboration model.

See you at the CES in Las Vegas!
