Theme ‘Bandhan’ unites Bosch employees for social causes

August 12, 2026, Bengaluru, India – Bosch India successfully concluded the 12th edition of ‘Spark of Joy,’ its flagship annual cultural and fundraising event organized through Primavera India, the company’s employee-led social engagement initiative. Held in Bengaluru, the celebratory event aimed at driving impact for over 5,000 beneficiaries. drew a full house of over 1,000 attendees, including Bosch associates, volunteers, and partner organizations.
Themed upon “Bandhan – Celebrating Togetherness, the event saw 14 diverse performances across music, classical and contemporary dance, folk traditions, shadow art, neon effects, and puppetry. Bosch’s own AI experts, hardware designers, and assembly line colleagues dedicated months of after-hours preparation to bring these performance to life, proving that shared human experiences connects one and all.

The funds raised through this year’s ‘Spark of Joy’ campaign will directly support 17 projects across 6 cities in India, to improve access to education, healthcare, nutrition, rehabilitation, and vocational training for underprivileged children. For more than 25 years, Primavera India has served as Bosch India’s premier employee-driven social engagement platform, partnering with local non-profits to uplift young lives.
