Riber Receives Major Order For Evaporators

Semiconductor equipment firm Riber has announced that it has received an order for more than €1 millino from a new customer. The order is for the supply of evaporators to the photovoltaic industry.The evaporators will be used in thin film deposition equipment, making it possible to manufacture photovoltaic cells using new materials as compared to existing technologies. The order will be delivered in 2018.
Commercial success could lead to repeated orders as the customer will ramp up its production capacity in the future, says Riber.
