UCSB to use C21T research system for work on chalcogenides
Riber has announced the order of a research MBE system by University of California Santa Barbara, USA.
UCSB will use the model C21T to do research on chalcogenides, a class of materials with applications in detecting and emitting light in the infrared spectrum.
