LED chip, lamp and lighting fixture maker Cree Inc of Durham, NC, USA has launched C-Lite LED Lighting by Cree, a portfolio of LED lighting products that offers electrical distributors and contractors a broad range of stock and flow items with the required energy efficiency and performance. The new portfolio complements the Cree and Essentia by Cree branded lighting products, making available high-performance Cree-backed products across market segments.

“C-Lite LED Lighting expands Cree’s offering by providing high-performance, go-to LED lighting that addresses the specific needs of contractors,” says Daniel Castillo, president, Cree lighting. “Broadening our product offering with the new C-Lite portfolio offers a reliable energy-saving option. This makes the contractor’s lighting decision easy, while providing our distributor partners a powerful offering that will help grow their business.”

The C-Lite portfolio provides a complete line of commercial lighting products and satisfies demands for a broad range of reliable, readily available and easy-to-install contractor-grade products, says Cree. The portfolio will launch with indoor and outdoor offerings including area lights, flood lights, canopy, high- and low-bays, vapor tights, wall mounts, and wall packs.

The new portfolio is designed with simplicity in mind to make jobs of all sizes quick and easy. C-Lite fixtures are backed by a 5-year warranty.

The new C-Lite portfolio will be available from local distributors US-wide this June, and will be featured in Cree’s booth #1409 at LIGHTFAIR International 2017 in Philadelphia, PA, USA (9-11 May).
