New customer in Europe orders MBE49 to make epiwafers for optoelectronic
An equipment manufacturer for semiconductor industry, has announced the order of a production MBE system.
A new customer of the company in Europe has ordered the production MBE system, model MBE49, to manufacture epiwafers for optoelectronic components.
Riber says that the MBE49 system has first-rate performances as well as an attractive cost of ownership making it the tool of choice for optoelectronics applications.
