EDOM Technology Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary and Gathers Momentum For Sustainable Development

Long-term commitment to talent cultivation in the electronics industry, and deep involvement in public welfare, arts and culture, and sports development

Taipei (July 7, 2026) – EDOM Technology (TWSE: 3048), Asia’s best solutions provider, celebrated its 30^th anniversary with a grand “30^th Anniversary Family Day and Appreciation Dinner” at the Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium, inviting over 600 employees and their families to gather together. The afternoon began with a lively  competitions at participation booths set up by charitable organizations that EDOM has long supported, such as the “Lee Shan Hsien Culture and Education Foundation” from Taitung and the “Hualien New Dawn Nursing Institute,” selling high-quality handmade soaps and baked cookies, creating a warm and interactive atmosphere that conveyed mutual care.

EDOM Technology CEO Jeffrey Yu stated, “Looking back on EDOM’s development over the past thirty years, in addition to focusing on our core business and continuously creating value for our shareholders, corporate social responsibility is something we value most. EDOM has long invested resources in talent development, social welfare, and the development of arts, culture, and sports. Talent Cultivation

Launching its “Young Talent Development Program” in 2003, EDOM has continued uninterrupted for over 20 years, nurturing more than 170 elite employees. This program provides comprehensive training courses for recent graduates, cultivating a new generation of talent. Many of its members have grown into core members of EDOM or have played other pivotal roles in the electronics industry.

Charity and Public Welfare 

EDOM actively engages in public welfare activities and charitable donations, proactively caring for disadvantaged groups and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. EDOM’s long-term charitable organizations include: World Vision Taiwan, Hsiang Shang Social Welfare Foundation, Lee Shan Hsien Culture and Education Foundation, Hualien New Dawn Nursing Institute, and Taiwan Fund for Children and Families. Projects cover areas such as assistance for disadvantaged children and youth, employment for people with disabilities, housing repair, and medical supplies, providing resources and services to vulnerable groups.

Humanities and Arts 

EDOM has long supported arts and cultural organizations, affirming the preservation and promotion of the spirit of arts and culture, and hoping to showcase the wonderful social spirit through diverse activities. In addition to holding an annual concert, the Formosa Chamber Musicians, which collaborates with EDOM annually, also organizes music camps. These camps feature instruction from internationally renowned performers, providing individual instruction in violin, viola, cello, and piano for music students. Combined with an introduction to chamber music, rehearsal observation, and other stimulating teaching methods, these camps allow students to rapidly improve their performance skills and ensemble abilities in a short period, offering a rare opportunity to receive international-level instruction without having to travel abroad.

Sports and Health 

EDOM promotes a core value of health, actively supporting various sports, and promoting the improvement of sports environments in remote areas. Internally, it fosters a vibrant workplace, encouraging the establishment of sports clubs such as yoga, basketball, badminton, running, and golf, and has made its annual golf tournament a corporate tradition. Externally, it deepens its social engagement, providing long-term support to organizations including the High Tech Charity Association, the Senior PGA of Taiwan, the Professional Golfers’ Association of Taiwan(TPGA), the Hualien Bei Pu Elementary School Football Team, and the Puren Youth Care Foundation.

The Appreciation Dinner at the 30^th Anniversary Family Day of EDOM was filled with warmth and hospitality. EDOM specially invited the Yuexuan chef team, who had retired many years ago, to take charge once again. The chef team had often prepared EDOM’s Spring Festival banquet in the traditional banquet style in the past. This year, on the occasion of the 30^th anniversary, the chef team went to great lengths to support the family and prepared a sumptuous feast to completely win over the taste buds of the EDOM family, allowing everyone to relive the liveliness and cohesion of a traditional banquet.

For thirty years, EDOM Technology has grown steadily, finding its niche in its early days. Looking back, we are deeply grateful to the vendors, customers, and partners who have fought alongside us, and we are proud to be a part of this big family. Looking to the future, we will harness this motivation, working together to usher in an even more exciting new chapter.
