Application-Focused Demos & Real-World Solutions
In the discussion, Anirudh highlighted that JJM showcased its portfolio directly alongside three authorized local distributors to demonstrate complete, real-world application setups. Rather than displaying isolated components, the focus was on practical demos—including:
- Electric vehicle (EV) motor controllers
- Battery management systems (BMS)
- Engine cooling fans
- UPS systems
These live setups allow visitors to see how JJM devices perform in working circuits. He noted that demand across India is surging, driven primarily by electric two-wheelers, BLDC motor drives, and energy-efficient appliances.
IDM Advantage & Next-Generation Semiconductor Topologies
Anirudh detailed how JJM matches specific topologies to exact application requirements, deploying MOSFETs for efficient switching, IGBTs for high-power stages, and optocouplers for circuit isolation.
He emphasized JJM’s core advantage as an Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) with end-to-end control from wafer design to testing, ensuring quality and cost competitiveness while introducing next-generation Silicon Carbide (SiC) and higher-voltage IGBT solutions.
