  • Collector cut off current, ICEO.
  • Collector saturation voltage, VCE (sat).
  • Collector to emitter cut off voltage, VCEO.
  • It has small signal current gain, α (hfb).
  • Maximum collector current IC(max).
  • Maximum collector to emitter voltage, VCE (max).
  • Collector to emitter breakdown voltage, BVCBO.
