CFIUS Says Yes To Aixtron

Aixtron SE, a provider of deposition equipment, has announced US Government approval of the sale of its ALD and CVD memory product line to Eugene Technology (South Korea).

This follows an investigation by the US Committee on Foreign Investment (CFIUS) which resulted in a determination that there are no unresolved US national security concerns from CFIUS’ perspective

Management expects the transaction to be closed in 2017.
